Hey, i was playing bf3 right now and it was stuttering - i don;t know the technical name for it. It was not the server nor my connection. My gpu can easily handle it- i have had over a hundred hours played in the game with no problems. IN FACT I JUST played it a few hours ago- the setting are the same. My gpu temp is at 65 C. Which i believe is fine. My cpu had been going to 87 C- i have been waiting for getting a cooler. But i stopped playing cause the temps were too high. So then i played for about an hour today on lowered settings and it was at its highest of about 84 C. did i burn out my 3570k?
worth: 9.397 games owned 724 games not played 337 hours spent 7,681Worth: $6723.92
Games Owned: 496
Games Not Played: 208 (42%)
Hours Spent: 3,191.3hWhen I did the total of the store transactions, it came out to about $6,400 or so. Again, that's not perfect because it doesn't account for keys I bought outside of Steam. Also the transaction log only appears to go back to 2007 so items like my original purchase of Half Life 2 don't show up. Still, I was shocked to see how close these numbers were considering how many $50-$60 games I bought that are now $5-$10.

currently ti have stopped gaming on the tense cpu games- so i am basically playing civ 5 or xcom for now, which makes my cpu stay at the high 60s and low 70sso lets say i didn't put the thermal paste on correctly... how would i go about checking if i did or not? and if i didn;t put it on correctly, can i just change it.

btw room temp is at 80 FMy cpu has been running extremely hot- or i think it is. Its running at most up to 86 C on some cores while playing BF3. I don't know what to do, i switchted up the air flow and fans, the cpu fan seems to be working fine. I have a 3570 k and running at stock, seems pretty cheap of intel to screw me over with a heat issued cpu. Is it still safe to keep going? Is it not suppose to shut off when it becomes unsafe?
Also if you could recommend me a software to measure the heat on my 7950 xfx
