tbh Elite's one of those games you would probably be better experiencing on a PC y'know purely for the joystick setups etc which I wish I could have but I doubt I could get that setup lol.Thats why I've never got round to buying it on xbox one unless it was on sale for around £15.

Magic is a non point for me, its one of those games I've never bothered about and to be brutally honest is fairly niche much like elite but in different aspects of course.Magic only really hit the mainstream big time lately due to south park.

A mixture of right price point, capitalising on MS's cock ups at launch and it being good bang for buck as a console.

I own both and ps4 drew me in first purely cause the price point was just right at the time and it edged it on the power side of things despite the difference being totally negligible unless you pull out a magnifying glass.

I like having backwards compatability thrown in, its great for when you take the mood to play something like South park:TSOT or crazy taxi.

Its always nice to have the extra's and for now is better than sony's current ps2 backwards compatability offerings even though I did buy parappa the rapper 2 grudgingly because my disk disappeared into thin air over the years lol.

Long story short, it needs work but its damn better than sonys current setup.

i bought the FFX/X-2 HD collection on both the PS3 and Vita, sure i own both the games but my PS2's broken and either way to replay them means shelling out £30 either way..might aswell get the HD collection and i got the Vita version cause i won £160 off a football coupon at the weekend couldnt resist the idea of playing Blitzball when my works not busy and when i go on holiday gotta find a way to waste 9 and a half hours on a plane!

Sony is in the process of downsizing. This is probably just more hype to the "greatness awaits" line.

Their thinking is to drag everyone along until the co. come up for air.

downsize where your faltering, expand where you make the money.

Its pretty simple, SCE is one of the parts of Sony thats doing well where as other sectors are doing poorly.Better to fund something thats doing well than a dud market.

It kind of defeats the purpose of "going handheld" when you're restricted to places with [fast] internet. You may as well just play it on the PS3/PS4.

I need to say this for every PSnow thread: Downloads >>>>>>>>>>>>> streams

with wifi becoming more commonplace hell even the buses round about here are getting wifi it will eventually be a viable option in many ways, sure it might not be here yet but i'd give it 4-5 years and its possibly a viable option if 4G uptake picks up and continues. Not to mention theres been a fairly big investment in fibre optic by BT and the likes in the UK the past few years, in a few years this cloud computing could become a viable option of play for people on the move if everything falls into place.

The world's becoming a more connected place day by day hell even the vita champions being connected to PSN cause lets face it to even get the best out it you need to be online with it.

I'd rather they focus on GTA 6 tbh, new gen new GTA unless they get a seperate studio to port it although GTA IV on the PC was a mess at launch and handled by another studio without much R* North involvement from what i recall.

its a good handheld i took the plunge over the weekend and enjoying the games, i've actually not bought anything at retail and relied on PS+ to get myself going and enjoying the Uncharted game a hell of a lot.

It's the same as the PSP, its going to be a slow burner and its catalogues going to be mostly remembered for games at the tail end of its lifespan.

Also Gravity rush is an actual gem of a little game i've only had like 25min playing it but im enjoying it more than a few other games i've gotten my hands on the past couple of months.

I hope they do push it more at E3 now the PS4's launched i can see them really bringig the vita into the equation considering how the vita's being billed as a companion for the PS4 :P
