if its not working in your country than thats the issue....create another account using america or asia address..than use that account to redeem the code...dont worry..game content is shared across all accounts on your machine
call the shop u bought from and ask them....sometimes it only works on a PSN account of different country....try creating another account in another country...it usually works for me that way

The 'immunity' is taken from the girl's brain. Who is Joe and Ella?? Its JOEL and ELLIE Is Joe a pilot?? Even if there's a plane, JOEL have to protect ELLIE all the way to the airport. Even so, Joel might not even know how to fly a plane or there might not even be fuel for the plane to fly as it might have been looted already. Joe killed David?? ELLIE killed David. David's a likable guy?!?! David seems nice at first, but he turns out to be a cannibal and an a**hole.
nope..cant help you there...i thought u bought the physical copy of the game..you can try searching online for answers, though i dont think it will be helpful cos i tried it before...only a small percentage of people have this issue...u can try sending a mail to naughty dog
