did no one see it coming? ps plus was a testing phase on ps3, a smart mid gen roll out. sony saw people are paying and it is successful. so now they are fully rolling it out on ps4. am pretty sure it was common sense.

I asked this question yesterday but got no reply. I'm pretty sure it is a 2013 release as Game have stated on their website 'coming Christmas 2013', but yes Sony should've clarified rather than being vague. i didnt notice yesterday. the forum was spammed with new threads. sony is being sketchy, if they didnt say UK, then something shifty is going on. if it doesnt come out this year, its a big minus for them
why cant they just make a universal store? or atleast by continent. would be so much easier for everyone.
if am not mistaken, if you register a uk account for example, you need a uk card and address. so a person that lives in one of the listen countries that doesnt have psn network, registers on uk network and tries to buy something with his local card. the transaction will decline.
