Who cares what he says so long as he is doing something at work. You guys read too much news.

I play them all. Hell I still play my original Gameboy. Was playing Warioland last night and either I just suck at that game or it's super hard.
But I did buy an LCD backlight kit and bivert mod for it just haven't gotten around to installing it yet.
I just like the VR games that allow me to sit and use a gamepad. I'm not into wafting my arms around or moving within a play area or teleporting or anything else like that. So for the most part I just use VorpX but the performance takes a hit, especially since upgrading to the Pimax 5k+
The market will just fill the gap with console like PC's that are just as affordable. I mean they exist now but are not competitive to consoles nor marketed and sold alike. But in reality if the big 3 stopped then someone else would just move in with their own console. I mean a console is nothing but a proprietary software platform in a specified low end hardware tailored for use within a specific market set within rigid policy licenses.
San Andreas has the best story and most features but it needs updated. It has so many little things like stealing from peoples houses while trying not to wake them up or adding hydraulics on your car and competing. Those little mini games could certainly stand some better treatment to make them more robust. Hell bring back the sex mini-game, it was actually pretty tame and it's not like it showed anything hardcore but rather more like soft porn if that. Of course such a remake will never happen within the next 20 years but I'm sure it would be a huge hit if they did.
I'm curious where the next GTA will go. I'm thinking they may try to tackle the 50's or 40's or even 30's era since there was a lot going on in the crime world in those days and it's a ripe time period for a GTA. However as far as parodies go I think many prefer the modern era since it's something we can get and follow. Any parody of history would likely fly over most gamers head.
What would be cool is if they could use Google World and try to simulate that down to more street level detail but that would require a ton of algorithms to pre-generate stuff to a better level than suck.
Yikes! It really looks crap.
Have a suspicion this will get far more polarising reviews in comparison to the first two.
The Epic thing really killed it for me. Not supporting that shit.
you can wait for steam version. its not forever exclusive.
Principles my man, them poor backers.
I want game. I play game. *** the backers. Don't back it if you can't handle risk.
Intelligent, creative A.I. Do something impressive with that machine learning.
I've been waiting years for games where I can actually speak and interact with like you could do on Seaman for Dreamcast. Many years ago there was this demo for PC called "Facade" where you were a guest in a couples apartment for dinner but they had marriage issues. You could speak to either one of them and they would react to how you talked to them. It was pretty decent and amazing for it's time. Of course I would often try to say perverse things and they would eventually ask me to leave but it was fun and yet was only a demo of the technology.
I've always wanted open world games where you could speak openly like that and have NPC's react to you. I mean the tech is there.
*Edit: Here is the demo I was talking about: https://facade.en.softonic.com/
Looks too intricate and convoluted for my tastes. Visually it looked like a Deus Ex with computer jargon overlays on everything. Not too excited for it anymore but then again I didn't like Witcher 3 either so guess their creation methods just aren't my thing. However the overall look of the city is tiresome. I'm so tired of the dirty, urban concrete and steel post apocalyptic look. Was hoping there would be a more clean and pretty futuristic city similar to the early level in Killzone 4.
I'd rather see them take the concept of Farcry Predator and create a new IP or buy the rights to remake a popular old game. They do jungles well so a good Turok remake might be fitting for them.
Either way I don't see what updating Crysis with 5.6 is really going to do for Crysis with 2.0 considering it still looks pretty darn good especially with mods. 2.0 already had a lot of those features such as foliage bending, light shafts and real time this and real time that. Of course 5.6 didn't say a damn thing about improving A.I. either nor anything about full environmental destructible physics so WTF? Crysis 1 is not outdated enough for a remake unless they plan on re-creating it to include part 2 and 3 with the simplified nano suit features of Crysis 3 and some serious improvements in pacing, storyline and A.i..
