I'm pretty sure the Treehouse localized the game, so that explains why it's so good. If it's some of the Dragon Quest people working on the Japanese and the Treehouse working on the English, I can't imagine that being anything but great.
You are right, it was probably them that localized it.
Well, whoever did it deserves an award or something.
The game sounds interesting actually but I do not have it. Heard pretty good things about it.
It plays a whole lot like an MMO. There is a general main quest to follow, but most of the time spent in the game tends to be devoted to gathering items, looking for loot, and battling.
What makes it so great is how fantastically charming the world is, and how humorous the dialogues are. Level-5 have really outdone themselves in that regard. Most of the lines are truly funny, and the world is a joy to explore. It is hard to find a game this likeable and adorable.
I can't understand why some people who are Nintendo fans look down on this game.
Sure, this is originally a Super Mario 3D World mini-game. However, the concept is brilliant and original, and the fact Nintendo will extend it for 70 levels means we will get a lot of smart level design along the way.
