after doing some researches i came across with theArctic Cooling Freezer Pro ver. 2.0 is a great cpu coolerindeed, to cool my Intel Core2 Duo E7500 Wolfdale @ 2.93GHz and overclock in future .. so before ordering it , i again want to know if any of u suggest me a better one..

i need an upgrade from my stock intel cooler to a better one .. i was looking at the vigor monsoon iii LT but now after i have done some researches , it changed my mind .. so now please suggest me a good CPU COOLER for my processor not above $50 .. im looking futher for overclocking my stock processor to atleast a 3.2ghz .. see my sig for my pc.

What is your power supply? You should easily be able to max out most games with that rig. Check your drivers.Ikavnieks

i have a thermaltake 550w power supply . i dont think its enough for a 9800gt so i am still confused if to go to a core 2 duo or a low profile quad core to get good gaming exprience over my current rig !

1.motherboard + CPU ( gigabyte p45 + Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 Wolfdale 2.8GHz ) ??

2.gpu ( msi 9800 gt 512mb )

hdd ( W.D 1tb )

* i usually play games on 1024 x 768 resolution so yes which is gonna be the best choice ? some games are running slow like shift , wolfestien etc.. i wonder what is causing this ?

core 2 duo's will give you more better gaming performance then the quads.

ok since i restarted my pc and my lan card was out of order and my pc is being a slow poke now ! i just reformated my winxp or even to vista its still giving me a 30% of usage on my core 1 even when its in idle .!!! i scaned the pc with lots of antivirus , spyware , malware softwares but no luck , is totally clean .. i downloaded process explorer frm microsoft and it shows that my hardware is being interrupt @ 30% and i dont have any clue how to fix it .. tried to google it for sollution and tried some of its sollution but didnt work. i even unplugged all my hardwares and its still the same just when i unplug my new lan card and disable all the USB controllers & audio from the bios . it was working fine but that disables all my mouse and other stuffs ... any solution for this ?

* i even switched the slots but no luck :(
