You havn't said what bow you are using so its a bit hard to advise!

However, thee is a 'Bespoke Longbow' in one of the caves around 'Bandits Den' on the way to 'Bluemoon Tower'

Can't remember if you need a lockpick to get to it though :(

Other tha that, new ones turn up in stores as main quest progresses (Although, as you guessed, not as good as what turns up if you hand over the gold or silver idol)

BTW: There are two bronze idols if that helps?

1) Witchwood - Selene's hut
2) Hillfigure Knoll - Where old Arisen lives.

At 4:58 day 3 having done main quest for Luxerion and Yusnaan, up to 3.3, 5.2 on wildlands.

Good things:The combat! This is really fun! Including the swapping of the dress spheres (Sorry Paradimes, sorry Schemata!)
Configuring Lightning with garbs, skills and equipment
How good Lightning looks

Bad things:That fkn timer!!
How bad all the NPCs look
The looooooooooooooooooooooooong wordy explinations for literely EVERYTHING!
Even the smallest simplest sidequest seems to have about 5min of talking and explination that feels like 5 hrs
(I guess it is for the in game time :p)

The timer was an odd decision but I get why they tried it. Please don't do that again!

What I am getting fed up with though, is the overlong cut scenes or 'in game' scenes for even the smallest side quest. This has been a habit for a while now and is getting worse!
Size of game 1GB, Size of cut scenes, voice overs etc 1000000000000000000000000000000GB
When will it end?!!

Why the heck spend time and money creating these if your customers are going to skip them?!!
And we ARE going to skip them as we don't really wan't to have a big long explination on 'why little XXX started pickpocketing' etc, etc that takes at least 5 mins to explain!!

If you are talking about the piggyback guide, yes I'm using it.

Yes, you can fall behind their timeline in the 'walkthrough' section. They really haven't allowed for any margin of error. I'm sure its an optimal playthrough but it is very restrictive and you can easily fall behind just by going down the wrong street and having to turn back or forgetting to pick up something and having to go back for it.

I suggest you ignore the 'walkthrough' and focus on the 'Main Quests' section instead. This will give you the details you need on when to turn up to a specific place etc without giving you that sinking feeling of falling behind.

Just remember that the game was designed around working at an equel pace through all the main quest lines instead of just focusing on one at a time.

From what I gather, there is more than enough time to do all the main quests and still have a few days to spare to finish up side quests.

This is Sequence 3 Memory 1

You have to hunt two Ocelot and two Iguana then you HAVE to craft Pistol Holster II and Health Upgrade I

If you don't do this you will be pissed around by the menu. Once its done correctly, returning to ship plays a cut scene where you are given a second pistol.

Dont worry if you have already upgraded to a better pistol set, the upgrade is still valid (IE both pistols are now classed as the upgrade you bought).

Additional Holster upgrades also give you an additional pistol of the type you bought.

I would say the est and the worst thing about AC4 is the same...

Its the difficulty. I played AC2 and couldn't make much progress
I'm playing through this and having a great time!

However, if I can play through without problems it suggests the game will be quite easy for experienced gamers.

I love the ship combat but I've already worked out how to take on ships bigger than the jackdaw without a lot of upgrades.

So, is it worth a 9?
If you are an experienced gamer looking for a challange then possibly not.
If you are a casual gamer looking for some fun then definately yes!

you get more pistols by upgrading your pistol belt.

The first upgrade is part of the story where you hunt on an Island and are then told to craft the belt upgrade and a health upgrade.
