in GoW 1 and 3, everythin resets. In GoW 2, you can choose to play with your upgraded weapons on additional playthroughs (one of the reasons why the second is the best in the series).

Say "NO" to DLC. (except for Undead Nightmare, that s#%t was legit).
Play a while with each one and see wich one is better for you.unrealtronBest advice is best.
reminds me a lot of Borderlands. it looks fun
Doesn't SF have "supers" or something like that? I thought x-rays were their equivalents?[QUOTE="parvie"][QUOTE="volume_three"]
Same here. Been waiting for a decent MK since II and the X-rays single handedly ruined the experience. Nice game for noobs though :P

Not quite. They require a little more skill than simply simultaneously pressing two buttons ;)
Oh you mean rotating the analog stick 6 times in a circle and then performing a 15 button input sequence. :)[QUOTE="Darkslayer16"]
Street Fighter in every way. MK is a joke and takes far less skill, the community is garbage and I'm so sick of seeing the xray moves to the point I wont even use them.

Doesn't SF have "supers" or something like that? I thought x-rays were their equivalents?WHAT??? dude you are not only full of **** but now i don't think you've even played the game, in the last mk tournament in las vegas xrays played one of the main factors of winning, ask one of those guys if you can beat an expert player using no xrays... lol next time u wanna make a stupid comment about a mk game just cause you're a sf fanboy make sure you play the game first, that way you can atleast pretend you know what you're talking about idiot...LMAO!!! I already said in this thread I like MK better. And I don't mean tournaments in your basement, I mean actual tournaments were pro's like Floe, LI Joe, Perfect Legend, JWong, Tom Brady, etc, play. And none of them use X-Rays... I watch a fair amount of tournaments online because I like in the country far far away from any big tournaments and I don't think I've ever seen a top player use an X-ray. MK is my favorite fighting game, but you need to calm down dude. Yes. Most of the time you can tell if your opponent is a scrub or not based on their meter management. It confuses me when i'm doing a 40% combo on my opponent and he/she refuses to use breaker. Instead, they save up for an x-ray which connects about 17% of the time. lol[QUOTE="ShangTsung17"]
[QUOTE="MethodManFTW"] X-Rays are for n00bs... I don't think I've ever seen a pro player use one... Just say meter for breakers... But yeah, x-rays are generally pretty easy to block unless you get combo'd into one..

[QUOTE="Denji"]Denji my man, have you played the new Mortal Kombat ? I think it is really damn good. I'd even go so far to say that it is my game of the year so far. I know it is hard to believe that MK is relevant now, but it kinda is! :D Oh no doubt, homey. But it boggles my mind as to why NRS would waste their time and resources with a guest character when they could reinvent an existing character and turn him/her into a BAMF, a la Stryker. Considering the fact that guest characters do not return for sequels, this also means that all that concept work, animation, and testing for said guest character is completely disregarded upon completion.Where was that thing I was reading, something about Mortal Kombat being "still alive"..??:roll:
"We'll try anything that can theoretically stick to the wall to create the illusion that Mortal Kombat is still relevant.." Gotta read between the lines:P
