I can't log in to psn either (europe) I've had problems with it a few weeks but been able to log in after few tries but now it doesn't sign in at all.

I've had trouble signing in for like 2 days now, I put the ps3 on, try to sign in and it gives me an error almost every time. sometimes its error 80710B36 and also 80710D23 I think. Sometimes if I just wait half hour it can work but it keeps getting error codes also, It has worked randomly too if it first gives error and then I retry immediately.

Anyone else having this problem? Didn't find anything about psn update going on or anything like that.

btw I know about the reset router etc. things that sometimes fix

Didn't know anywhere else to ask this atm so i'll try here. I'm having that psw generic8 trojan horse and can't get it removed, I got AVG free version and even though i click heal or put to vault every time I start my computer it pops up "threat detected" and its the same one. I searched for the file it said it was in but couldn't find it.So how can I remove it ?

please help with this and don't post some bs.
