[QUOTE="omniangel93"]I actually really enjoyed the ending to the series(After the EC, that is). For me, Star child was actually a manifestation of Harbinger(The Leviathan DLC hints to this). Realizing that there was nothing he could do to prevent you from activating the crucible now, he attempts to sway you to make a choice opposite of what you've been trying to do since game one. I find it hard to believe that the reapers were just acting as they thought best to keep the peace between organics and synthetics. No, that makes no sense. The reapers obviously got some sort of pleasure out of what they did. I mean, how can you listen to all the crap Harbinger says in 2 and the Arrival DLC and think the reapers to be mindless drones? Idk, Star Child actually being Harbinger makes the most sense to me.blindbsnake

If what you understood from the end is true ok. But you are just presuming, you can´t be certain of that. You will end in ambiguity and at some point they can destroy your ending. Is the end of a trilogy, it should end without no doubts whatsoever, the end.

But, good for you. You are one of the lucky ones. Don't let anyone spoil your fun.

You're right. I guess we'll never know for certain exactly how it ACTUALLY ended. I haven't exactly decided if I'm happy or angry with that aspect. For the most part, I feel like I got my closure. That's all that really mattered to me. I cured the Genophage and ended the Geth/Quarian war. I told Liara I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her and I convinced Joker and EDI to hook up. I killed Udina(FINALLY!), the Illusive Man, and Kai Leng. I even shot bottles of alcohol with Garrus on the citadel. I said good bye to some characters that had made an impact on me, but making sure they didn't die in vain. Hell, even Conrad Verner was able to do some good for once. This will always go down in my book as the greatest series of all time.

I agree. This game has been fantastic so far. I'm about half way threw with it and I've loved it. But the overall size probably does have a lot to do with the glitches must likely. There's always so much going on and so much to explore. I, too hope they patch up a few of these issues soon.

The reason for it starting out slow is to build the plot. It's to help build your understanding of each character, both good and evil, as opposed to focusing on the main and his inner circle. That guy, who claimed to have played all of the other games, should have appreciated that aspect. As opposed to blindly killing your enemy because you're told they're bad, you get to see them in a different light. You see them as people you can relate to, not just as enemies. Instead, he played the first hour, and rated the game an 8. He played the second hour, and lowered his score. His information was a little misleading, considering he had seen a minuscule amount of what the game actually has to offer. In general, I think it's bad to judge before you have actually played it. That's what got me. It's cool and all to say that you aren't getting into the game like you did the others, but don't go out and rate it before you actually understand what you're criticizing.

[QUOTE="Metamania"]

No they are not. I played the game recently, due to the new DLC, and I still don't have a problem with the game at all. You, on the other hand, are in continued denial about it. It's not the game, it's you. Deal with it.

That is a perfect example of the kind of bad behavior the OP was referring to and that prompted me to refer to the Sleeping Dogs thread in relation to his opening post. There are clearly control issues with the game, as i went into detail about in my thread on that game. The sluggish, unrealistic fighting controls may not be an issue for you but they reduce the enjoyability of the game for me. You are one of the worst offenders when it comes to rude, unnecessary comments.

Calling someone "one of the worst offenders when it comes to rude, unnecessary comments" sounds a little rude and unnecessary, don't you think?

http://www.gamespot.com/assassins-creed-iii/forum/just-not-that-into-it-now-29310618/?msg_id=338648102#338648102 That's a link to the thread that OP is complaining about. No one attacked him. People replied to his post and to his reviewing a game before getting 2 hours into it. He instantly got all defensive and started attacking everyone who commented basically saying "it gets better, we promise. It's slow at first, but it picks up at sequence 5/6." OP, you're entitled to an opinion, but expect people to disagree with it, counter it, or something of the sort. If you can't handle that, you have no business being on the internet. And no one wants to listen to you cry, either. Whether it be in the Primary discussion, or your own blog. Whatever situation you were victim of was entirely self inflicted. Grow up, you big baby.

[QUOTE="LLYNCES"][QUOTE="mrsniper83"][QUOTE="LLYNCES"]I hope you know that your review of the game means absouletly nothing when you haven't even got past the first two sequences, especially when it is well known that the first three are a slow start to build up characters for later on. If you find yourself not even being able to even complete the first three sequences though than maybe this type of game just isn't for you, because I really enjoyed the first three sequences, especially with the *Minor spoilers* plot twist which really shook things up.mrsniper83
Well im sorry, from now on I will just do what you tell me.....ass

Why bother posting this useless garbage in the first place? You literally put like two-three hours into the game and probably not even that, and then you take time out of your day to post a review score based off of 5% of the game you have seen while saying "I'm just not into it" Well good for you brah, but you haven't even seen the other 95% of the game so your complaints and opinions mean absouletly nothing. If you want instant gratification with a weak story go play CoD/Halo or something.

And I really don't know who you think you are, but its my topic so yeah my opinion does count, and if it pisses you off so much, why are you even replying to my messages.Its people like you that make me sick, so are you saying that your opinion matters and mine doesn't......get over yourself.I posted that I didnt like the game so far and it just wasn't like the other ones...I never said i beat the game and didn't like it.

Kid, quit trying to save face when there's no need for it. You'e gotten all defensive and butthurt for nothing. You posted, people replied. That's how it goes. Reviewed a game based on the first two hours of game play? GTFO. Despite it's glitches, it's a great game that improves upon and upholds on the other games. You haven't even met the main character, got your gear, made your ship, or started your homestead. And gtfo with your "you people make me sick hurr durr." It's stupid kids like you that have ruined the internet and are ruining the credibility of user submitted game reviews. Why don't you go do something worthwhile with your time instead of littering the forum with your retarded opinions?

I mean, this game feels like it should still be in beta sometimes. It just infuriates me, considering I payed $100 after tax for this game and the season pass. Anyone else angry?

Or is this one of the most glitch-prone games out there right now? I mean, one time, I was climbing a rock wall and made it to the top of the mountain. Instead of pulling myself up, Conner just keeps climbing. He then falls as soon as I stop moving and he dies. Another time, I was chilling in Boston and I saw 4 town criers standing in a line together, all shouting the same thing. When I'm roaming the city and have a custom marker set, it occasionally disappears way before I can get close enough for when it's supposed to. Sometimes my objectives disappear. Liberation missions sometimes aren't there, even though my map says they are. Characters and interactive conversations that you need to activate can't be activated or aren't even there. Christ on a cracker. I understand having a few minor issues, but this is ridiculous. The game is such a mess sometimes. None of the other AC games were quite this glitched up. And don't get me wrong, I'm still playing the hell out of it. I mostly wanted to vent and to see if anyone was having any similar issues.
