@xantufrog: Reason why im mentioning TW3 is because it has pretty much everything, it has the soundtrack, story, voice acting, gameplay, and offcourse graphics & animation and all of this in a dense open world game with lots of, LOTS of stuff to do and on top of that CDPR pretty much defined how a modern open world game should implement the side quests without making it irrelevant and boring. Not often you see a game like that though so the person i responded to has some good points with his original post afterall, hopefully other open world developers can manage to bring their games up to those standards as well.
Gonna be interesting to see how Mass Effect Andromeda turns out and Read Dead Redemtion 2. After TW3 came out pretty much all open world games will be compared to that game. I agree with you, it has it's flaws, but man that game is impressive. For me it's a 10/10 game without a doubt and truly a state of the art game within it's own genre.
