agree w/ Projektinsanity. Even if you had your info compromised its fairly easy to have fraudulent charges removed and get a new card. At this point its water under the bridge, so what else can you do? I think the writer needs to stop using fear to sell press.
not really. one thing that the past few years how demonstrated to me is that when real life catastrophes happen a lot people get exposed for not knowing what they are supposed to do. its why these things happen in the first place. Sony is also japanese and the 'save face' thing is big to their culture. Look at how Toyota handled all the recall issues. Combined with the national disaster and its a hard time all around. Best thing for sony to do is redesign the thing with some real security, give everyone playstation plus for free (While you work on a newer better ps+) and get people back to the games. Theres some major good titles out that people really cant play since the network has been down since they released.
Kinda of a weak argument, but makes a good point I guess. Trying to say the game isnt sexist because of the context is kind of laughable. It is sexist and done so on purpose. The real issue is that they have the right to make a sexist game if thats what they want to do, and you as the consumer also have the right to not consume the product if it offends your morals. Too many self righteous people in American seem to forget this. If you find something offensive, dont watch it/support it. Dont tell me I cant watch or consume something because you dont like it.

lol when I said kids I meant MY kids not kids in general. And I know you might get butthurt but the stereotypes fit for the most part based on my experience with them. My frat buddies love the 360, my anime nerd friends love the PS3 and my kids love the Wii. There are far more hardcore gamers playing FPS or MMOs on pc than all the console crowd put together. Like I said I own all three and I use them all for different stuff and enjoy them all in different ways. But its pretty laughable to even compare a PC running the latest Nvidia 280 graphics card to a console for graphics even if it is a 'next-gen' console.
In the end it really boils down to creative games and Sony being from Japan just has access to more creative/unusual games than Microsoft. Sure Microsoft has GoW2 and Fable 2, but they dont have games like MGS4, LBP, Flower and all the other Japanese titles that are just a breed a part. The final difference will be when PS3 has gone long enough into its life cycle and developers actually start using the cell processor to its potential, nothing Microsoft puts out will really be able to compare. The built-in Bluray also gives the PS3 a slight edge. I personally own all three systems and a high end gaming pc. The 360 is for the fratboy/Halo crowd, the PS3 is for the anime/nerd crowd, the Wii is for the kids and the PC is for the hardcore gaming. I use them all accordingly. =P
well some people actually bought SLI capable mobos back in the day so running SLI is a cheaper alternative than actually building an entirely new rig. Plus you can also run the newer cards in SLI as well.
