I liked they really concentrated on the games. I'm just not sure how many of those games interested me.

Anthem looked fine, Crackdown was a letdown, AC looked like Far Creed......I'm disappointed there wasn't more to make me go oooh.

I'm pleased for the Xboxers they have a few more exclusives coming their way, but as I'll get Anthem on the PC I can safely say I still won't be jumping on the Xbox train for another year.

Im actually looking for a crew to join for GTA V so I thought why not, you seem to cover a pretty broad spectrum of games.

Have registered as WNxNomadski, awaiting final approval.

I noticed there's a car scrap yard you can buy as one of the properties. Can anyone confirm if you can take your stolen cars there for cash?

gut_eater
You can....and you get a whopping $150 for each one! In case you suffer from mathsfail, as the property costs $275,000 it only requires 1,833 vehicles to be scrapped before you start making a penny out of it. So yeah...

Not sure where else you would go if you have your 12 year old kid playing this game, quite frankly he would be seeing and hearing stuff he really shouldnt be seeing or hearing at his age.

Treat this game like you treat a bottle of whisky. Lock it up from him.

(I am ofc assuming you dont have all night binges with him on the old JD...!)

Hey guys, Just came across this: http://www.gta5plus.com and was wondering if any of you have had any experience with it. Looks interesting with all the secrets and stuff. Cheerstommyveet
If you want a guide, get the real, genuine official Brady Games guidebook. TBH All of the info can be gleaned from places like IGN anyways, theres an excellent map you can filter which shows locations of hidden stuff (vehicles, treasure, alien bits etc) here too - http://107.21.225.87/

For the map above, if you click on Add Location on the sidebar, it pops up which shedloads more info on the map.

I wouldnt trust that site you linked to with someone elses bargepole.

I don't see what they big deal is. What are you losing, exactly? You still have private matches. You still have all of the original multiplayer modes. Even free roam wouldn't be affected by this "so-called pay-to-win cash." It's just a shortcut for weapons and car mods. Stop complaining.

PartyGavinParty

I wish people would actually wait for them to unlock the online and play it before grabbing pitchforks and acting like idiots. People are all upset over something that hasn't even happened or been confirmed yet. That's not even strong evidence.GONtheSKYLORD

Party, why are you complaining on people complaining? I wish people wouldnt complain about complaints, this is not a complaint btw.

I havent grabbed the pitchfork either, and I assumed I was trying to start a discussion on a discussion board, not trying to instigate a riot.

Jeez, forums in 2013 suck ass.

When I [QUOTE="nomadski69"][QUOTE="ABakedAlien"]

Dude. There is no way in hell they would do this. That reddit post is retarded. He found some file and basically assumed that its for real money for in game money? Rockstar isnt retarded. And that guy claims money is hard to make in game? Just go look up stock market exploits and you can make millions easy. But yeah, there's no way. Id bet money on it.

ABakedAlien
I think the point is its not easy to make money in SP without exploiting it. Half the jobs you do dont pay any cash, and if you invest any of it in property the rewards are miniscule. Without exploiting (which I refuse to do) you can spend hours ingame without earning any real cash outside of the big heist missions then the assasination missions (for which you need money anyway!). Regarding wether it will give any advantage, I would say given you buy properties, armour and weapons ingame, having a load more cash, from real cash, will ofc give you an advantage. Its a road I never expected R* to go down, but those xml files indicate they are doing just that.

When I say exploits, I dont mean cheating exploits. For example, there are 2 airline companies you can invest in. So you can invest in one and then go to the airport and blow up a bunch of the opposing airlines planes. then the stock of the one you invested in will go up. the game was kinda designed for you to do that.

Im pretty sure on the GTAForums this playing one company off against another with guns tactic has been questioned as to whether it works or not. People have tried with food vans for Cluckin Bell, airlines and all sorts, noone yet has conclusive proof any of it works.

Disturbing things coming out of Reddit, but then thats usually the case...

If R* are heading this way, like all those before them, then its a very sad day for gaming.

I really enjoy the need to be a little more calculating when messing with the law. You can't murder police officers, then drive a few blocks and be okay. Much better.

The_Kryptonian

Agreed when I had to get the Pest Van for the dock and the police were alerted it took me a few good attempts to get away. First time they shot out the tyres, had no chance.

My only complaint I will have is their shooting ability in the game, same goes for other enemies, the shooting appears almost Supernatural, unrealistic in the sense they too perfect with their aiming.

They are using auto aim. They are noobs.
