Successful troll techniques 101:
Step 1 - Say something widely regarded as bullcrap. False facts and blatent lies abound. Spread false information and bait other posters not wise to your act. It's important to do this in a manner in which it is exactly described as trolling in the terms of use of the site. If it's not in this manner, it will be ironically viewed as trolling.
Step 2 - Ignore any and all evidence to the contrary, regardless of authenticity or merit. Pretend like it was never said and go on as if it didn't just destroy every last one of your points. Every once in a while, provide a link to a site not related in any manner to your thread, pretend that it is related and propells your ranting to the top of the argumentative pedestal. Also, have other users who have been on this site for years, but only have 4 posts, half of which are in your own topics, magically appear to agree with you.
Step 3 - If people call you out on it, complain to the mods that they are being mean and hurting your feelings by calling you a troll.
Step 4 - ...?
Step 5 - Profit.
