I'd like to find a small group (6-10) of guys who are interested in forming a team-based clan for CoD3, Rainbow 6, and eventually CoD 4. Essentially all team-focused multiplayer FPS games for 360 (no Halo). I'm not looking to form something as strict as a realism unit, but I am looking for folks who want to get together and practice team communciation and tactics to make a more effective team for casual play and possibly competitive play.

The clan won't really be about ranks and possibly even have a rotating leadership style so everyone gets a chance to be the team leader.

I'm only looking for mature, intelligent people. Good sportsmanship is more important than game skill. Available for playing during EST evening hours is preferred.
