People love to judge early. Else they raise their expectations, and will never be happy with the final product. Look at Skyrim. IMO it was a brilliant game. 2 years on, its stilled one of the most talked games around, even GS releases weekly videos, etc. And its a SP game with no MP. Surely it deserved more than a 9.0 after all the bugs were dealt with. Its still one of the most addictive games I've played in recent times. ME3 came and went. Skyrim still remains. I say wait for the final product, then judge the game on your own experience, not others.

Either one from Ebonheart and Daggerfall look interesting.. Aldmeri don't have that tanky frontline race.. Khajits aren't as good as Nords or Orcs in terms of tanking damage.

Don't know why people are talking about Skyrim in here, no matter how good or bad anyone thinks the game is, this is a Zelda topic and Skyrim is irrelevant here. And Wreckem, of course you adventure going down a hallway. If you go on a treasure hunt in the middle of the ocean on some forgotten island and your following a map, would you say that's not an adventure? Being on an adventure doesn't mean, do whatever you want, you can do that, but it is not a requirement. Being on adventure means flying by the seat of your pants, not knowing whats around the next corner, and tackling the unknown. This game does that in spades, you don't have to be dropped in the middle of nowhere, shrug and just walk off in some random direction to be on an adventure. By your definition you would say climbing everest is not an adventure simply because you have only the peak as your goal. While you would say being lost in a desert is an adventure.

Trust me, Skyrim's review scores are far more overrated than Zelda's by the legions of graphical whores like yourself. Honestly, I don't understand what you are attempting to say after your first sentence. Which game are you referring to? And yes Skyrim has bugs and faulty combat. Honestly I'm done speaking to you. Voice acting? VA? Like I said, Zelda doesn't need VA, and Skyrim needs all its bugs, that does make the game unique you know. You are obviously a Wii fanboy trying to find reasons to prove to yourself that buying a Wii was worth it. Hardly any worthwhile games are released on it anyway.

Funny, a game with so many bugs is higher rated than yours. Even with NitendoLife, Nintendo World Report giving it a 10.0 (obviously even if the game sucked) to help boost its metacritic score.

And if you don't want skyrim, talk about games like Witcher2, etc. even games released last year like RDR, ME2.

And Nintendo magazines/sites rating the game a 10.0 is a fact or an opinion? I mean, they would've given it an awesome rating even if the game sucked. As for opinions, every person is entitled to their own. ALL REVIEWS ARE OPINIONS, not facts. What I might like, someone else may not. Kevin V gave Skyrim a 9.0, but some other reviewer could've given it a 9.5 or even a 10.0 since most of its 'bad' can be fixed with a few patches, or maybe even a 7.0 because he simply hates RPG games. Infamous 2 getting a 7.5, etc. Infact GS reviewers are overly biased towards From Softwares in their reviews. But even if they give a game a 10.0, they can't really make you like a game.

for eg. LA Noire, after some time it gets too repetetive.. and the choices hardly seem to matter. And the game got a 9.0 on GS, on the same level as UC3, Batman AC, Skyrim, Mass Effect2 and other way better games. Cause in the end, it all comes down to the individual reviewer. But GOTY is a collective decision I guess.
