i dont think this would work if u have true 5.1 headphones with 3 jacks on them if the headphones only have 1 jack then this will do ok as it simulates surrond by changing the actual frequencies of the source audio to trick your ears i would recommend a turtlebeach card or the creative labs
I beat the game without cloud or cid and didnt think it was that hard it took me about 70+ hours the only battle i had difficulty with is the one where you fight the one with three demons and a main deamon in a cathedral i think but every time i play that one is hard to get through i think its about half way through its been a long time as far as the gba version i didnt think it was hard just dpended too much on luck and what was banned from the battle which is why as much as i loved the first one i hated it and never got very far before i gave it away
