I can understand why someone would take issue with what the game presents. Dead Rising 3 does take a lot of mean-spirited jabs at a number of different races and genders. The problem being, Dead Rising, as a series, is total satire. If it does offend you, in any capacity, then it's probably doing its job.

On another note, just because you were offended by a game's portrayal of a certain race or sex, does that make the underlying game bad? No. It doesn't. It means you were offended by it, and that's all it means. Video games are, among other things, largely about gameplay, and Dead Rising 3 delivers on that. Especially if you're already a fan of the series.

This game clearly didn't deserve the score it got, largely because you were offended by what it had to offer. These things don't have much to do with how the game plays, as a whole. You're not actually reviewing the game here. Far from it. You're recounting the things you jotted down because you were offended by them, when Dead Rising 3 is clearly something not to be taken too seriously.

This review is absolutely not based on objectivity, and as such, it's downright terrible.

@Omega_Weapon_X I blatantly said i haven't played the game and therefore have no idea if it's good or not. i don't plan on buying it considering the last RE game i thoroughly enjoyed was 4. i'm just saying these comments get pretty ridiculous.

i just read this review and the following comments. all i have to say is; wow, you guys are ridiculous. so what if vanord gave the game a low score? you people proclaiming how "great" it is can just barely form coherent sentences, so i don't think you have any more of a right to review the game than a professional video game journalist does. i haven't played RE6. just the demo. and the game looked like friggin' twilight. so i have no say in whether it's good or not because i really don't know. so if you like RE6, you like it, and that's fine. more power to you. but man, do i feel sorry for the people who are just saying it's great because they don't wanna feel cheated out of their 60 or so bucks. tell me how "AMAZING!!1!!11!!1" RE6 is in 5 or so months. ya know, when i can take you guys seriously.

To haloonsteroids2, this would be a hard one to predict if teams like Louisville or North Carolina weren't playing so well. There have been some really backwards games, like Western Kentucky's victory over Illinois or Dayton's win over West Virginia. It's a tough one to call perfectly, but I'd say Louisville, NC and Memphis will at least be in the Final 4. Pittsburgh, on the other hand, really disappointed me today. They really weren't on their game. ETSU was on their ass the whole time, and they were a 16th seed.
