Love the first game , despite it's mountain load of flaws it still ends up being an utterly engrossing game, and still to this day one of my favorite RPG's
A slow awkward start eventually opens up into an entertaining varied game thanks to its great characters and just like the 3rd game its interesting quests, the combat as terrible as it is at first gets much better when you get used to what stances to use and get the timing down and if you spend to upgrade your magic it eventually stops being the hinderence you at first thought it was.
Finally a proper full review and not what i have mostly seen so far which is a social commentary on what we should all be offended about with a full character breakdown of the games creators full being, beliefs, and personality extracted from nothing but short twitter comments and a small paragraph actually talking about the game. :P
Games journos actually doing their job?................awesome!
Oh no somebody owns a 4km x 4km piece of land on a random planet somewhere that most of the time I will be nowhere near and affects me in no way whatsoever.... pay to win PAY to WIN!.....I cant actually explain to you how it is but believe me it is!!!!!
I will buy mine with ingame credits and setup my space fridge and space lounger and watch the drama undold from there :p
There is no Persona 5 fan project and nothing was shut down, its an emulator that can play PS3 games including Persona 5, Atlus DMCA'd it so they could force them to remove all content related to Persona 5 on their website and attempt to get their Patreon funding shutdown which Patreon rightly refused to do.
They along with every other Dev and Hardware maker have no legal standing to shut an emulator down just like every other company never had or has been able to do, as reverse engineering especially in the context of emulation is not against the law.
You can still download Rpcs3 and play Persona 5.
Also anyone informed enough to use the emulator would not be ignorant enough to judge the quality of a game by how well an unrelated emulator on a completely different platform runs that game, that's just a bogus claim from Atlus imo.
