I just tried playing this game again for the first time in quite a while, uninstalled pretty soon thereafter. I forgot how it dragged early on.

SNES True Lies, that game was really great. Feel like it would translate well.

As for any other games, spiritual successor to Bill Laimbeer Combat Basketball could be fun. But the original, as much fun as it was, does not work well today.

Why will it require ray tracing? Will the game be unplayable without ray tracing? Will progress be impossible? I don't fully understand what this is other than a proprietary roadblock.

Happy to be informed if someone can do so.

It's worth noting that there are more than just high society city dwellers and redneck hillbillies in the United States. Living in a small town doesn't make you a redneck by default.

It's a sad thing to see the American landscape so misunderstood.

Nice timing on her end coined with the release of her book.

You think that has something to do with it?... No, couldn't be...

Is it accurate to say that my perception of how MS nurtures studios differs from how Sony nurtures studios is quite different? It's just my (anecdotal) view that Sony's first party studios have found more success putting together hits on a more consistent basis than the studios absorbed by MS.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It could simply mean that his expertise was already applied to the project and that his role was no longer necessary. That's not to say he was axed, but it's not atypical for moves of the sort in tech. There's so much to know, and it's not about understanding the technology that's a big deal, it's applying the technology that's a big deal.

Reading into this too much is probably not worth the time.

Where are we at in this scenario? That matters.

I just assume I was for some reason walking around with a shotgun, an axe and a baseball bat if I were in this situation.

I would flee for the record. :P

Ha well that's my question. Could I have a gun, too? Ha.
