Yeah I cranked up nearly all settings and it didn't stuttered even once. I think this is the best Rockstar port. (System is: Radeon 6950, i5 2500k and 8gb ram by the way)
If you think guns sound and handle same you haven't played it enough or you just made it up. There are real problems. Like unbalanced gameplay. Someone who unlocked all jet accessories penetrates who just beginned the game for example.
