IRONY... Yes I've been a proud 360 owner since launch day November 22, 2005. Yeah it was a rough first few months. I was one of the unlucky MAJORITY that had to send in my console back for repairs. Actually an exchange for a refurbished one. Luckily it was still under warranty and I didn't have to pay the $70 and wait for 10 weeks. 8 days total for me and free. I loved how the PS3 fanboys were so arrogant and sure of themselves and their beloved Sony. So sure that Sony would come through on their word that the 2 million units would ship. Heavens no, there would be no shortage of PS3s come Spring...I mean Fall...I mean Q4 2006, I mean November of 2006. Sorry Europe. Sony would never make the same mistakes that Microsoft would make for their launch. No shortages. No delays. No sub par launch games. Wait a minute, do we even know what games they're launching? And yet to be seen is if they will have hardware issues that will mean sending back their console. Well from the sound of things, the delay and shortage in production may stem from the Blu-Ray technology that Sony is insisting. Well maybe this delay is one of the things that Sony is doing right. Better to delay working hardware rather than shipping rushed lemons.
