Having played both Risen 1 and 2 I have to say, this game looks amazing. Even though in my opinion Risen 2 wasn't as good as the first one, Risen 3 is everything Risen 2 was and more. It has better combat, better character progression, 3 interesting factions instead of 1 and a half factions (referring to Inquisition faction; muskets vs voodoo magic, seriously, what's the obvious choice?), many more spells that actually have great usefulness like they did in Risen 1. I'm not sure yet how it stands compared to Risen 1, but for me, even though it will have a hard time beating Risen 1, it still is worth the playthrough at least once. Also, looking at the factions, I will have to probably do 3 playthroughs with each faction, they are that awesome.

To be honest, I wasn't so impressed with the game, even though I heard a lot of good things about it. Maybe it was in part because of the server acting up due to being launch day that I couldn't enjoy it more. With that being said though, I still think the game deserves a fair chance, at least until getting those awesome abilities that come with higher levels. Also, jump jetting is always fun.

So you think you have seen horror games? How about a procedurally generated horror game, in space, on a huge abandoned ship, lurking with aliens, mutants and all kinds of weird shit. God, this is like a dream come true. I'm going to have to play it more though and see whether it get repetitive or not and if it has longevity. It also looks like the game is in a pretty raw state at the moment as well.

Still as fun as the older Magic games, but from what I can tell now it is possible to better customize your decks. A nice addition to the Magic series, although people have repeatedly reported missing features in the game such as custom duels or 2v2 matches.

Wayward Manor is a nice twist in the puzzle genre. You play a ghost and interact with the environment in order to scare people away from your manor. It seems that, in order to do that, you have to attract their attention and then actually hit them with objects to scare them, which I found to be a bit weird. Nonetheless, it can still be a nice experience for lovers of puzzle games.

Just picked up this game and it has a really nice concept going for it. The combat feels a bit clunky at start, but it definitely has some strategy involved in it, not just button mashing. You can check out my first impressions on the game here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NEKNG6ipgOU
