Not only is it possible that this could hurt Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo in the long run, it could run Blockbuster, Gamefly, Gamestop, any mom and pop store out of business. Not to mention the jobs it takes to manufacture hardware and software going down the drain with it. Last time I checked, that sure as hell isn't the definition of a free market. Welcome to the apocalypse of gaming. Cripple the economy even more by shutting down any competition between sony, microsoft, and nintendo. Investing money into something you can't touch is a mistake. I'm glad to see our society is moving towards socialism. Now we can't even play a game anymore without some major corporation playing big brother and tracking everything we buy, sell, watch, and how we pay for it. I hope this thing fails for the sake of the game industry.
visual proof that gears 2 is identical to gears 1. even gears 1 looks and plays better. hell, they even put the vacuum chainsaw back in the 2nd game, you can't stop that goddamn thing regardless of how many times you shoot the opponent. the only difference is that the campaign sucks and there's matchmaking in the second, which doesn't matter since it's buggy and broken anyways.
pc always wins. pc does more than 360 and ps3 combined so price arguments are voided. i'll take a mouse and keyboard over microsoft's fisher price controller any day of the week. as for 360 vs. ps3. the third party games look absolutely identical. the comparisons are nothing but a microsoft stroke job. how about mentioning how many 360's fail per year?
Only a complete douche-bag would say 360 is better with such a small marginal look. The games may barely look better on xbox, but at least playstation 3 isn't a piece of junk that flashes red lights for looking at it the wrong way.
