I just realized today, that the Xbox One version of this game does not include a Create a Player/Create a Team option. The Xbox 360 version does include it - I should've don't my homework, I guess. Can't understand why they didn't include this - it is my favorite option on these basketball games.

The xbox 360 servers are apparently being shut down. Its impossible to join a quick game in the map of your choice anymore - you have to choose "any" map and just join wherever the group you get attached to is at in their cycle. Shame, because this is still a great game. Theres no auto balancing, either, so you used to be able to join games with a squad with ease. There are so few servers right now, that if you form a squad of four, you will not be able to find a squad deathmatch game. Still a great game, tho.

In the last two weeks, its been impossible to just join a quick game in squad deatchmatch or conquest - on a specific map (xbox 360). When i attempt to join a game in a specific map, i get the message "cant find any games, etc" ..... But if a put "any" for map, i get in (not the map of my choice, but i get in wherever the players are at that point in the map cycle). Anybody know why this is happening?

I was interested when I read this post. I stopped playing BF3 months ago becasue of the team balance issue, and went back to playing BC2. (I almost always played BC2 with friends, in a four man squad). Are you telling me that this issue has been fixed? If so, can you please point me towards a website, sticky, url, etc that explains exactly how I can play with three friends, in the same game, and play together on the same squad. Thanks.

Just wondering - Didn't see anything in the manual or in-game opstions. An option to bring up your scope with the left trigger would have been nice.

I'm no expert - and I don't know what kind of standards you have when it comes to sound, but all I can say is you really can't go wrong with Turtle Beach. I'm currently playing Battlefield 3 with DX 11's and I love them. Good luck.

Any help would be appreciated with this problem. Thanks in advance.

I have my xbox 360 connected to an Acer model S232HL pc monitor. The monitor has no speakers, no audio (only) inputsand no audio output, but does have VGA, DVI, and HDMI inputs.

I also use a Turtlebeach DX 11 headset for sound. If I output the Xbox to the monitor utilizing a PC VGA adapter (which comes with audio cables that connect to the headphones), the acer monitor works flawlessly. However, when utilizing an HDMI cable to connect the xbox to the monitor,I obviously need to hear the game, so I use M/S audio adapter (its also called an audio dongle adapter). The audio adapter plugs into the Xbox's a/v output slot, and has RCA and Digital Optical Audio on it. I use the DOA.

Heres the problem. If i just use the HDMI cable by itself, the monitor works fine - great picture. The second I plug in the audio adapter, the mintor stops working, like its not getting the signal from the xbox. It goes into an endless cycle with the xbox trying to connect to the monitor without success. I've tried plugging everything in THEN booting up - no luck. The only way it works is if I have everything plugged in, then disconnect the HDMI from the back of the monitor and plug it back in (the monitor suddenly "finds" the xbox), or by leaving everything plugged in and disconnecting power from the monitor and re-connecting the power again - same thing - it then "finds" the xbox.

I hope I explained this correctly. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong.

Bought this thing at Best Buy, paid 50.00 for it. It came with 4 rechargable batteries and

the charging pad. Appears to work, meaning the lights are red initially, and turn green when

your remote's battery is fully charged (or so you think). Simply doesn't work - Even after

the indicator light is green, the charge is very weak and doesn't last long at all. According

to the packaging, a full charge is supposed to last 10 hours or more. More like 15 minutes.

If you go to google or bling and type in "psyclone px6523", you get nothing. I can't even find

information on this thing from PSYCLONE'S WEBSITE... I should've known better than to buy

something without checking the forums first. Anyway, my lesson learned - you're mistake if

you read this and still buy one. If you own one of these and it works for you, I'd love to hear

what you're doing different than me. Maybe I'm making some kind of mistake, but I doubt it -

all you have to do is lay the remote down, not that complicated. Very disappointed in this

product.

My 2 cents worth:

1. Read, read, read. Google/yahoo/"insert search engine here" the topic for yourself. If you think the overheating thing is a "myth", you better do some research of your own. Check out the "broken xbox 360" thread up top. See how many pages it has? Do you think all those people are part of some conspiracy against Microsoft? If you read up on the issue for yourself, you'll find that the 360 is an unreliable piece of "consumer electronics". Ask the guys at best buy. Ask the guys at gamestop. Ask someone who has owned a 360 more than 8 months.

2. If you do decide on the purchase, get yourself a two-year warranty from the place of purchase. That's the "best way" to guard against overheating, in my opinion. Again, if you want to know why, just read that "broken xbox 360" thread.

You have 8 months - that's plenty of time to find out for yourself about the console, it's reputation, and how best to care for it.

Good luck - you're gonna need either that or a 2 year warranty.

6 words for you... "Three flashing red lights of DoOoOoM!"... I can guarantee that the Elite doesn't have it, and thats what makes it worth while for me.........lokiisback

You can "guarantee?"..................LOL.

2 words for you.... we'll see.

I personally think this is a waste of time for most people, and I predict the "Elite" will suffer the same fate of the original 360's................ the 3 flashing red lights of doom popping up all over america in the coming months.

Thanks, but no thanks, Microsoft. I'll keep playing my "regular" 360 (On my second) until this one dies, then I'll return it to Best Buy for another one, and play that one until it dies.

Capitalism is great, isn't it?
