[QUOTE="TaMuK711"]

[QUOTE="Nuck81"] which is why every post and thread he makes is bashing a piss poor game? We get it, Counduit sucks, can we move along? This is like rampant bigoted Homophobia but in Video game form...Nuck81

It's called claiming ownage. He said all long the game would suck, it did. So for allthat timeeveryone hyped The Conduit, Jason gets equal timeto slam it.

ahhh, how mature...

when have forums been mature? all the reason for forums are to bash video games, and hype other ones... past that it's just good luck to find a topic

pretty much there are 2 things you need to get good at brawl get good at moving about and dodging... generally if you manage to dodge an enemies attack they are vulnerable for a split second (it really isn't long), and generally movement in brawl is pretty quick so you gotta be thinking pretty quickly to be maneuvering the character to an adequate level and secondly, be checking the damage line ALL the time, because there are a lot of smash moves that won't hurt them that much and a lot of small moves that will allow you to rack up their damage without sending them flying away and having to chase them down again, you gotta know when to use them once these two things are improved, your whole game will improve

Another I thought of would be Raphael the Raven, although I suppose he's kind of since transitioned into a good guy.

Oh, and how can I forget this guy...

(Rawk Hawk, for any sad souls who did not play Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.)

sman3579

HAAAAAAA! he sucked.

rawk hawk rocked! I thought he was one of the funnier characters and more creative parts of paper mario altho paper mario itself was a very very good game

I'd like to see a new version of donkey kong 64, a 3d game maybe make a more combat orientated release like god of war style, but donkey konged that would be pretty cool to see

Seriously, I owned, loved and beat mario kart 64 too many times to count. I haven't played a mario kart game since...other then re-visiting the best one(mario kart snes). This latest version is GARBAGE.

EVERY time I'm in first place on the last lap I get nailed by a blue shell right at the finish line and end up in second place. I seriously count down in my head and I've been bang on so far. The rubber banding isn't as bad as I had heard before. But the ai is crap. If you're on the last lap in first place, you're gonna get nailed by everything the ai can possably throw at you.

Well I guess I'll try the conduit and see if that game can change my mind about my wii. So far it has 1 good game. Super Mario Galaxy. I'm also aquiring LKS. But given how crappy the rest of the library has been, I'm not too hopeful.

little king story is a brilliant game so is mario kart wii, it's a bit better when your playing with friends or on time trials (the time trials are actually really addictive if your trying to beat the nintendo scores, or the rival scores) and there are a lot of great games on wii like metroid prime 3, zelda, okami, and a whole host of other ones

I think they should be developed by a seperate company that is going to put care into them, like with Call of Duty games but in general I think they should stay faithful to the original game, and make the controls work for wii... that should be enough, since if you change other stuff around then it's not really a port, and the new stuff might be worse rather than better... so pretty much it's just recreating the game with wii controls would make me happy, which also means no "we couldn't put that in" stuff, or "nintendo wouldn't allow us to do this online" (since nintendo seem to be pretty easy to bowl over on the online front... people just don't bother)

Link. he walks into volcanos with nothing but a tunic and a pair of iron boots... if anything the iron boots would make him WARMER. And then he dives off bridges into lakes, and rides on big freaky looking bird things backs! I don't know any more badass than that... or maybe travis touchdown cause he kills for sex... slightly more badass

[QUOTE="-Oath"]

It is indeed an amazing game, but the online in my experience isnt. I played with a friend who lives approximately 6 miles away online in Tri and it was pretty laggy, every few combos my game had a 2 second freeze. Although playing with 4 friends who all live 1 block away works flawlessly.

Err, if your playing an import, aren't you connecting through Japanese servers, not NA or EU servers? Not sure how consoles handle stuff like that, but I know in MMOs I lag a LOT more EU servers than I do NA..

Oh he "imported" it. Yeah...sure. But Oath that's probably why it lagged, because you were playing a game meant for a different region. But paying for online? I already pay for Xbox live, but I might as well because multiplayers always been my favourite part of MH games.

yeah lag happens due to the server your connecting to being too far away, and how far from the server the other person is. so pretty much you'l be getting probably about a 400ms ping on that america to japan connection, that both ways will give you a pretty big lag

It's out in Japan, and it looks like absolutely AMAZING.

I saw that it comes with 20 free days of online, and you pay through the Wii Shop Channel for online.

Does anyone know how many points, for how long it will be? I'm guessing maybe 200 a month possibly?

Thanks. :)

Paying for online service on a Nintendo system is ridiculous. To make it worth while, they would need dedicated servers and a much better online system in general. They'd also have to keep adding quests and other things to keep the game fresh. I don't see that happening and I don't see how they can get away with charging a fee to play a game you've already paid for on such a poorly implemented online service.

I'm pretty sure they are using their own online servers, much like EA does
