@robocoprocks: Man, not for me. I was hooked on Andor season 1. They actually made a Star Wars show with some stakes, where it seemed like there might actually be a cost to the good guys winning.

Most of the action in seasons 1 and 2 of The Mandalorian, and in Book of Boba Fett is Star Wars that put me to sleep.

I could see the success of BG3 convincing Microsoft to make AAA Wasteland 4 in the same style though.

Good that they have a planned end, instead of the story just stopping part way through.

@nargg: There are a lot of household appliances I don't look directly at while I use them, but I still don't want them to clash with the rest of the room. Consoles are large plastic boxes that sit not so subtly in the entertainment center.

@xd34dl1n3rx: Definitely disagree on that. I don't hate the look of the PS5, but I'll take the cleaner, symmetrical, and more reasonably sized Series X look for sure. Sony kind of went crazy with the design of the PS5.

For a six-year-old game with a terrible launch a bad reputation, that's pretty good.

Even if it doesn't include marketing, a $50 million budget seems downright cheap and reasonable these days, after all the MCU movies.

@illegal_peanut: Fallout 1 and 2 are a lot like Baldur's Gate 1 and 2; they helped define CRPGs in the 90s, but they're difficult to go back to these days if you don't already have a bunch of nostalgia. I wouldn't tell a player just coming to the franchise to start with those today.
