I think more then anything else this game showed the promise of what can be done world wise but for me I look to the future and the day all these activities mentioned in the opening paragraph are back in, and more. I know development takes time but my overriding feeling with this game is...it ultimately feels hollow.
There are strip clubs, but all you have to do is just watch, i would rather watch porno than watching pixaleted lap dancers. in san andreas clubs you had a dance minigame, which was fun...i really liked that.
It was a tough decision to make after all those years but even gta v can't take that spot. It was a true masterpiece that comes once every twenty years, I was blown away when I saw the sheer amount gameplay and fantastic characters and absolutely amazing and unforgettable story of carl johnson.
