@Mickeyminime: I couldnt do it man. Its trying way too hard to be this edgy sandbox rpg without any sand. It breaks down into this linear experience. Imo i would rather replay the classic FF games.

@dudebropartyyo: You can always get a game cheaper on PC and you can use any peripheral you want with a PC game.

I can see co-op games being bought on console because not everyone is going to sacrifice PC features for a itx build for the living room.

@dudebropartyyo: I need a game that requires thought and pre-planning. Something that makes me go to yt and look up guides just for its game mechanics. Like Civ 6, Tw, Starcraft even arpg like diablo where im looking up builds. Very few exclusive games on consoles are like that. I need something that requires an investment. Not a 10 hour storyline for $60. Maybe im getting older, but those flashy AAA games that are more like movies than video games dont do it for me anymore.

@jyml8582: My brother is a moron. He had some phenom II pc from 2010 sitting in his house. i gave him a rx460 that i bought for $75 and now he can play every new indie, AAA and pc only game at 1080p.

$75 freaking dollars to access all of todays best games. Kid doesnt have a console. You cant beat that. PC gaming is as easy as ever. Hes enjoying RE7, Overwatch, Dark Souls 3 and more on a PC he was about to throw away.

Happy to see some of my favorite games of the year topping the list. XCOM 2, Dark Souls 3, TW Warhammer... just legit games.

If you get this CPU you wont need an upgrade for a very long time. FFS people are still using AMD FX and Intel i3 cpus and those game just fine at 1080p and 1440p with good gpus. This is like a 5-8 year cpu lol.

6 games are 6 games. honestly i hardly have time for the games i actually own.

@darran05: Steam machines are nothing but PCs booting into big picture mode. Any PC can do that no matter the OS.
