@jasonofa36: I've stopped playing it for now because the bugs and glitches were getting over my nerves and killing the immersion. I'd probably touch it again after 3 months when it's patched to hell. Thanks for the suggestions, though. I don't know about others, but I'd definitely get the vehicle physics mod.

Thank you everyone for your responses. I really appreciate them and, keep them coming! So far, MOST of the people seem to be BOTH disappointed and satisfied with this game. Therefore, it turns out that Cyberpunk 2077 is a good game with both pros and cons, and not a "revolutionary masterpiece" as many people were making it out to be pre-release due to all the hype going on for it. And that's understandable, since as I said, no game can live up to THAT much hype.

Those are my thoughts as well after playing nearly 38 hours of it on my computer and completing the main campaign(Corpo path), plus a few sidequests. It's a good game(3/5 from my side)even with all the bugs, glitches and performance issues and it COULD be a very good game(it COULD go from 3/5 to 3.5/5)IF most of the bugs and glitches in it are fixed and the optimisation eventually becomes better.

Cyberpunk 2077 was probably the most hyped up video game of all time and obviously it didn't live up to THAT much hype.

It's practically impossible for a game to live up to THAT much hype because video games are made by Humans and Human beings do mistakes.

So what I want to ask to the individuals of the community here is that, did it live up to YOUR expectations or not?

I'm not talking about the hype, but individual expectations which every gamer has. Other than the bugs, glitches and the terrible optimisation, did the game live up to what YOU wanted in terms of gameplay, story and graphics?
