Amazon hasn't restocked again since that update. Walmart has been restocking both models all through the day but they disappear pretty quickly.
Really wish Amazon had handled this a bit better.

@ArchoNils2: Thanks!
My country is not supported by Nintendo so anything Nintendo related I'd have to import. Getting physical games from the same region as the device shouldn't be a problem.
Digital is where it can get messy, if Nintendo's store is IP based not account based, or if they don't accept payment from outside the region/country then I will not be able to access any digital content. I get around this on the Vita with pre-paid cards.
It's just nice to have the option to buy digital games, I can save on shipping and import fees, but I can manage without it I guess. Just wanted to know the kind of setup Nintendo had with their store.
I just had some questions about the 3DS since its my first time getting it.
I think that's about it. Looking forward to finally joining the 3DS family.
@mav_destroyer: Sorry about the delay. To get to the brass tax and answer your question. We didn't, but now (because of you) we do have an official thread for sharing / promoting games groups for PC/Mac/Linux communities, right here.
Seriously you guys rock :D
Thank you! You made my day :)
Edit: Got a 404 error on that link. I went ahead and fetched it.
Here it is http://www.gamespot.com/forums/pc-mac-linux-society-1000004/lfg-share-your-community-32048287/#1
@mav_destroyer: Nothing as of yet I am afraid. I suggest sending a PM to @DigitalDame. My honest guess will be the answer will be no but if you get her confirmation then you will be good to go. If you do get permission, make sure you ask she tells us as there is a chance a moderator may lock the topic if they are not aware you have permission to make the post.
Thanks for the help man. I'll send a pm and see what happens. I'm not expecting a yes either, but might as well give it a shot :)
Thanks again for your time!
Hi @Garfield360UK
I'm a mod for the Razer GTA V community and we're asked to promote the new community by getting new members in and holding online events such as heists and races. Joining does require an account on Razer Comms (chat client like Teamspeak), other than that nothing else is required from members. Razer sometimes supports events on their communities with giveaways which go to the competition/tournament winners (No purchase, payment, ads or anything). All interactions are done on the chat client and prizes are sponsored directly by Razer not by any members or mods on the community.
I know some forums are strict about these things so I thought I'd run it by you guys first, especially since this kind of thing is not allowed in most cases, but I thought I'd ask if it was possible.
If any more information is required I'd be happy to provide it.
Thanks!
I want to promote a community revolving around a certain game. We're holding online events and tournaments. No financial gain involved.
I remember there being a dedicated thread for this kind of stuff but I can't seem to find it anymore. Things have changed quite a bit around here.
I just want to ask if there's still a thread like that or if it's possible to promote on the game's sub-forum directly. Don't want to spam or annoy people or get into trouble with the mods.
They're looking into an alternative to LiveFyre. It's just no good.
That would be the best thing they'd do. The old commenting system was perfect, don't know why they ditched it for livefyre.
As for the comments disappearing, its as easy as logging out and logging back in. It almost always fixes it for me.
That's an absolute pain to do. I've sent different comments several times, some where pending and never appeared afterwards and some just disappeared outright even though they weren't pending.
Been a while since I visited the site. I ran into a few bumps while commenting, don't know if these are new features or bugs but they are very annoying.
My comments appear as pending sometimes randomly, when they are pending they almost never go through.
If I refresh the page my pending comments disappear completely and I can't edit or delete them.
Sometimes refreshing the page or force refreshing the page (Ctrl + F5) the comment section would disappear altogether.
I'm using Firefox 31.0 on Windows 7 if that makes any difference.
