It really depends upon what you are willing to spend. I dont know where you got the idea about getting better RAM by buying a better hard drive with more memory? That is confusing. Hard drives do not have anything to do with memory (RAM). If you want to run your games smoothly I would recommend ATLEAST a Geforce 7900GT. That will get you decent frame rates on medium settings. If you're looking to run games on high detail you'll prolly have to get into the 8 series cards, 8800GTS or 8800GTX. I'm not too sure about GuildWars specificially, but in general thats what you should be looking for. In today's computing world I'd say, 7900GT, atleast 2GB of memory, and some type of Core 2 Duo processor.
