Both games ('Beyond' and 'The last of us') are both arefinancedby Sony, so this this is like Sony's property, right? This doesn't make any sense...

Mmm... think about it, is she really suing Naugthy Dog for this? She just said "but I am actually acting in a videogame called Beyond Two Souls, so it was not appreciated." Can you really sue someone for a face. If this is true, I can see Natalie Portman suing Keira Knightley. lol

Sorry if I sounded rude, I wasn't tryingto insult anyonedirectly.I'msaying that whenyou supportsomething, you maybe supportingother things. There are a lot of games influenced by actors, but you don't hear about them trying to sue a company for that. Anyway, now thinking about it, this is just so absurd. Maybe she just say something and the media take it as a sue.

I have a friend who totally looks like Ellen page, I think myfriendshouldsueEllenPage and Naugthy Dog too. She 'stwo yearsolder thanEllen Pag, so is obvious that Ellen Page stole my friend's face.

We're talking about human traits. For example, some dude in Afganistan creates a character, nd by accident that character to looked like me, can I sue him? No. There a a lot of people who look like Ellen, she can't sue them because of that.

Sheis behaving likecelebrity, surprise!

Exactly ARTWORK. If I paint a picture (imagined) with some random girl face and I try to sell that picture, are you saying that any girl in the street can sue me claiming that I paint her? Do you know something about DNA? So Ellen receives special treatment because sh'e famous. Yes, Ellie looks similar to Ellen Page, but they are not identical. If Ellie face were exactly the same as the actrees who represent her, can Ellen still sue her? Look what you're saying. People in the US are so stupid for defending the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

@MizkreantRight, so according toyour logic Natalie Portman shouldsue Keira Knightley. You are a genius! What's the difference? Ifthere really wasa girlwith that face,Ellenshould stillshould sue her because her face looks alike. That's what your saying... There would be ALWAYS a person whocould be similarto someone else.

Imagine Leonardo da Vinci painting randomlya girl, and thenappearsa girlsuinghimbecause she claims that the girllooks like her. Literallyany idioton the streetcould suea company because this reason, some dude claims thata fictional characterlooks like him, and can he sue because of that?.Your difference is because we are talking of "some famous person".
