So, my Budew evolved to Roselia at level 27, therefore he missed some skills roselia would get at lower levels like giga drain(level 25 i think).Is there any way i can get the skills now with my roselia or i have to start a new one to get it?

Here's my situation:

My friend comes in with his friends at my restaurant, when I was working. He introduces me to them, I chat, blah blah.

They're pretty nice, but I had to leave and get back to work. Then my damn boss and coworker decide to give my number on a napkin to one of the girls, and my friend initially said she was going to text me. Apparently she was too shy so I had to take initiative to get her number and text her myself. I'm really really shy and I was really nervous doing so, lol...

Anyway, my objective isn't so much to get her to be my girlfriend...but to maybe...ask her to hang out? get to know her? I don't know, I wasn't very good at this in the first place, so this could be good experience for me. But hey, if it happens it happens I guess...

I have her number, and also have her on MSN. Instead of just IMing or texting I want to ask her out maybe...mind you I only met her prior to the weekend, and texted her yestarday. How would I ask her out?

Seriously, I can't understand why he keeps doing it! I'd want to quit after just one or two. :|
