I would strongly suggest having the cancellation link somewhere under Account. As it was I had to consult Help. I understand that it's not desirable to have people cancel, but you don't make it any less likely by making it harder for them to do so. As to why I cancelled (also feedback, if anyone is interested) - I've been a member for going on four years now. Back when I subscribed, 20 bucks a year bought you full site access, ad-free, with fast subscriber downloads and a 10% discount at ebgames.com (well, some of that might have been added a bit later, it's hard for me to remember.). There was a beta center. There were regular columns of interest. Oh, and you couldn't access site archives without paying. In the intervening years, the discount, the beta center, and the columns all went away. The archives were opened to anyone. Sure, there have been "replacements" for this stuff. Competitive tournaments for games that I don't play competitively, nor desire to watch played. Discounts on digital downloads that cost more than buying the same game at retail or on eBay. Nothing I have any use for, though. The features I do use are the site being ad-free, and the fast downloads. Everything else that I use is part of free membership. But you would like me to pay twice as much for less benefit. No thank you. Please at the very minimum make the $20 level ad-free again. There really isn't any excuse for having to click through interstitial ads and be swamped by banner ads and ad themes when one is paying for one's membership. And I would, personally, pay $20 just for that. But not $40.
