I live in Mexico and we have laws for this kind of abuse.
If some law (like this) tries to go through, it can be approved, but you can "protect" against it, citing anti-constitutional behavior. You can say that your rights of free speech are violented, then you go to the tribunals, ask for constitution protection and you can present it to the ISP and they will never, never give your data to anyone, even if a US tribunal ask for it, because international laws don't affect.
This constitution figure is very polemic because people use it for everything, specially against good laws, but in these cases it helps a lot because you are protected vs abusive laws.
