I've been to a Pixies and a Death From Above 1979 concert respectively, and from my experience, I can tell you three main things: 1. It might get loud 2. You better love standing or dancing in intervals for a long period of time 3. Eat a snack before hand, something light but enough to tie you over until a break in the show or when it becomes to unbearable I'd say this applies to both big and small venues, so, I say, use discresion. Oh, and don't be a jerk who picks fights! This ain't vietnam, there are rules!

I think its Lame how People Hate on Rap/Hip-Hop Music.

Its better than Rock,Metal and all those other "hair Bands". Rock is all the Same..Bla BLa Bla *guitar riff* Bla BLa BLa,rinse/repeat.

BTW Rock/Metal is dead and Hip/hop is still going Strong and will continue to Grow.

Now go ahead and say "Rap sucks" and insert name of some Obscure Metal Band only 10 people in the world has ever heard of

I find your post condesending and a little strange. If you look at the history of rock music, you'll find that yes, most of it is largely built on the same prinicples, however, style, influence, and individuality is what makes Rock music more diverse than you think. For example, the rock band "Nirvana" is very different from "Guns n' Roses", because of the influences those bands have. Hip Hop is a genre I think has great potential, however, I wouldn't be so quick to judge rock music as "All the same." Much like me saying "Hip-Hop is always these Upper Middle class African Americans who rap about being poor, when in reality, they have no understanding rally of class struggle, nor do they care."

Nirvana, The Pixies, and The Beatles all contain so-called "Pop" aspects, and were entertaining. Music doesn't have to be deep and lyrical and philosophical, it can be entertaining as well, at least in my opinion.

It's all well and good that some people are realizing that Capitalism in America is not working for the majority, but rather, the minority. However, As much as I would like to see a change in economic policy, I remain cynical due tot he fact that the majority of Americans will still proudly live in the cage of their own economic situation, and will simply declare "it's the way it is."

Whether you wanna call him a performer or athlete, he was one hell of a performer, and he had a big heart, for the business and his fans. Rest easy, Macho Man. If there's a heaven, I hope he macho's it up.
