A strong start for Microsoft, as these seem very reasonably priced.

And to have the option to go 1080p and digital for less, this is going to make a big difference in early adoption rates.

Aside from the new Yakuza, i'm not too hot on the launch titles so far.

Let's hope good stuff comes out in the coming months.

This is generally a very good list.

While i did not personally enjoy every game on there, there is no denying that they are worth checking out, espeically since most of them can be had on the cheap.

This generation has been pretty good in term of game quality, all things considered.

@restatbonfire: Yeah and it's always been the case. They had 3 studios working on Advance Warfare, Infinite Warfare and WWII, and i believe all games get multiplayer content made by other studios as well.

When has it ever felt like these games were anything but rushed?

Alright so, this looks good, but here's the reality of things :

If Treyarch had a hard time shipping a complete, working product in 36 months, back in 2018, Why would anyone believe we will get anything better in 19 months, in 2020?

They are churning out these things faster and faster.

2 Billion dollar corporations in a giant pissing match.

Could not care less and I hope they both burn

So you don't use any products from either company, then? Because a lot of games use the Unreal engine.

Then they would use something else. The industry would survive the downfall of any of those two companies.

We are 16 months past release. Who do you think will want to play this game after all the bad press and negativism?

I doubt even going free to play would drum up a healthy player base worth dumping any more time and resources to create more content.

If i had to make a prediction, at this point in time, it's that EA will never allow Bioware to follow-trough with this redesign.

Let's just wait and see.

@pcps4xb: I watched the first hour and it is the same game, scene for scene.

Do you have anything to say for yourself now^

@dmblum1799: Oh, i did not even play it, and have no plan to.

CAD $80.00 for an extra character and a new dungeon is a terrible investment.

I just came here for the lulz.

Did we play the same game?

It's that JRPG that's built off of PS3-era tech that's follows about the same tropes and gameplay mechanics as a PS2-era Final Fantasy game.

The game that is a re-release of a 2017 game, which adds a bit of extra content.

That extra content account for that 3 years gap AND the fact that 90%+ of the content was released years ago?

Bravo Gamespot. You somehow find new ways to blow my mind away.
