No kidding, I think a lot of the positive reviews are coming from people with no experience of 1980s and 1990s point-and-click games, which were faaaar more interesting than Going Home.
Paid $17 for 90 minutes of gameplay. The plot is OK but I've had more compelling experience in a million other 1990s point-and-click adventure games. Deserves no more than an 8 and is waaaaay over-priced. Should have been a $4.99 iOS game max. Then again, if you loved it, great! Not trying to take anything away from you. But I will not be heeding that reviewer's advice again.
