Seems to me this would be more a conflict with developers than their console competition.

I have no desire to play these Nintendo games online, they aren't asking for much though. I just dislike lack of VC support and closest thing is having to pay for the service and play the games they put out. Then again not sure I'd support that if they did have a robust VC catalog since they've been crap honoring rights or providing cross platform game ownership.
Saw that they'll cover up to 36 months of Unlimited upgrades. I have next few months covered in existing annual Gold plan plus paying $10/month for Game Pass. Thinking of getting another year or two more of XBLG and then doing to $1 Ultimate upgrade, should save me a bunch down the line.
Might be worth mentioning in OP they want $40 for this. Damn, really was quite over-priced, wasn't planning on getting it but might try if ends up on Game Pass.
There was a censored thread about how consoles could cost 25% more in United States if Trump inacts new rounds of proposed tariffs, so even if they initially designed to hit $400 mark, tariffs could raise price to $500. Even worse, say consoles aiming for $500 price without tariff concern, then tariffs hit, launch a console at $625 would suck for everyone.
Most people don't care he's corrupt they just want Borderlands 3 because others were so fun nevermind funded with stolen Sega A:CM money and in general we live in a day where corruption is new normal if you do it so absurdly in the open but just deny objective reality I think we're not prepaired to deal with that.
Well, the streaming box shouldn't cost half that, and I also wonder if people can also utilize their existing XB1s.
I am getting both for sure but Halo Infinite I imagine will have more lasting power for me on account of its online modes, glad Doom isn't wasting any time with that and is sticking with a SP driven production, but Halo's online keeps me coming back, and if is every bit as good as Halo 5's then it'll be the bigger game for me.
It is one of Microsoft's most defining IPs so to launch with it is at very least a smart idea to build its next gen userbase early. Whether it'll amount to meet expectations will remain to be seen but I think it'll certainly be an important title to watch as it develops. There will certainly be a lot of hype building going forward.
Releasing with a season pass for MP limited their post-release content to MP in first game. Wonder if they'll have a season pass and if that means post-release SP expansions are coming.
