Does Valkyrie Chronicles have hot girls in it?Toph_Girl250

It has plenty of female characters.

Whether you view them as hot or not is your own judgement call. Here are a few of them:

And the image I posted with my review shows Alicia and Isara.

You can find "well-received" in the thesaurus as a synonym for popular.

They are the same thing.

And frankly, Twilight is probably at the same quality level as the Abrams Trek films.

mitu123

It can be used in different cases as there are well recieved games and movies that aren't really popular at all. What I mean is that it can get good reviews but do poorly being recognized by a lot of people.

Well Kristen Stewart is one of the worst actresses ever and there isn't anyone really worse than her for comparisons of those franchises.:P

Well-received basically means that a lot of people liked it, which is the same thing as "popular." Even if you're just looking at the critical reception it has nothing to do with whether or not something is good. Critics are just as fallible as everyone else.  And the critics who praised the Abrams Trek films are just as brainless as the other fans.

And all the actors in Star Trek were terrible. At least Kristen Stewart has the excuse that her character was intended to be a blank slate to make the wish fulfillment element easier. So, in that area, Abram's asinine version of Star Trek is worse than Twilight. Because those characters are supposed to have something to them but the script and actors failed to illustrate it in any meaningful way. Going instead with the darker and stupider, "they behave and act as the plot needs them to at the  moment" convention.

Popular does not equal good and I can say with confidence as the person here who's seen the most sci-fi that the Abrams Trek films are the worst things in the franchise.

Worse than the Star Wars Prequels. Almost on the same level of bad as the 10th and 11th Doctors of Doctor Who.

They're in that rare category of "so bad in such obvious ways" that I have to question the intelligence of anyone who likes them.

At least I would if there were any signs of intelligence from the fanbase, but I've seen them and they could be collectively beaten in a battle of wits by a rotting broccoli stalk.

At least some English dubs are better than any 4kids dub.macrules_640

4kids dubs are English dubs, maybe worse than others but not by all that much.

And the Valkyria Chronicles review is up.

Munch is Kratos!:obugbag

If this is true I'm going to have to destroy Munch, for the anti-intellectual crimes of Kratos and his absolutely atrocious franchise.

Unless he's Kratos Aurion. Then we're cool.

Settle down, Fluffy.

There's no need to pick a fight.

And you probably shouldn't have used ableist language. I know you didn't mean it to be taken that way but still...

The_Last_Ride

i might be have not taken the way he wanted it to, But calling people things when something like that hasn't happend just seems wrong. It seemed he was talking to the whole union when he did that comment.

Oh, he definitely meant it as an insult, to certain individuals not the entire union. He just didn't mean it to reflect an ableist viewpoint.

My Fluffy doesn't discriminate against the disabled.
