I've been looking online for a solution to this problem. I still want to be able to use my stereo speakers to listen to game/chat audio, but I want to be able to talk to a microphone.

I know I can just buy a headset, but then I am stuck with listening through the earpiece.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks ahead of time.

I am looking into getting a laptop with this card in it, and B2 is probably the most recent thing I would try and play on it. I just need to know how well it would do. Thanks for any help that you give.

I have a pair of Bose Companion 2 speakers. They sound absolutely awesome for just two speakers. Check them out.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836166006

Currently I own a BFG 8800gts 320 mb and I have a budget of $250. I have always gotten nvidia cards, but am willing to go to ATI if performance is better. I would really appreciate your opinions on this.

Current system:

Intel Quad Core Q6600 2.4ghz.

4gb ram ddr2

BFG 8800gts 320mb

I am not sure that you can. But a cheap way is to buy a hub. Make a few network cables, or buy cables and connect the PCs to the hub. Hope this helps.

But to do it the right way, you would buy a router, connect it to your modem, and connect the network cables to the router.

The cpu that you have only has a 1 mb cache. That might be the culprit.
