@jimabadon: 'pretty much everyone would disagree'? I don't think so. NMS is still dull, unimaginative and not particularly well written in terms of its plot either. It features uninventive, repetitive boring quests and brings very little new to the table after 2 years. It is a technically impressive game, but the gameplay is still quite weak. It's a barely, barely playable game overall.

@jimabadon: games don't deserve a 2nd chance. when they're crap to begin with.. they are always crap. period. most MMOs follow this simple logic as well, but gamers always expect things to be magically and radically different.

a clueless dev team is a clueless dev team. Just look at No Man's Sky. Still bad after 2 years.

6? Are you serious?

This is exactly how you remake older games. Gorgeous graphics with a huge amount of diversity in locations and scenery (unlike most indie games nowadays), wide variety of soundtracks, silky smooth animations, funny intro. It's just missing a widescreen mode for widescreen monitors.

I *seriously* disagree with the 6/10. This is actually a gem, worth at least 8/10, if not 9/10. BTW, this is not designed to be completed in 10 hours or so, hence the high difficulty level.

Buy and support the devs who ported this, it's worth supporting their great work. This is precisely the type of PC games the PC platform desperately needs more of.
