@Big_Pecks It's both. That's part of the game's unique identity. It has some aspects about it that are bad and/or outdated; it has some that are bad but funny because of it; and it has some that are good. It all adds up to a wild, weird, and unique experience.

Other than the airline industry, I can't think of another industry besides video games where the businesses treat their customers worse and worse each year and yet expect them to pay more and more each year for their product.

The artwork in the Halls of Stone looks really cool. I'm disappointed to see Blizz still recycling character models from old school WoW though. They have all these talented artists, I don't know why they can't take a little extra time to create more new models. Looks like overall it's more of the same, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Those who love WoW will probably feel the same about WotLK.
