@Hydrophone Aparently it'll control pretty much the same as Forza 4 only slightly sharpended up a little to enable quicker turns through traffic and such. It'll also include all the assists and sim options you are used to in Forza's.

I'm really looking forward to this, after putting countless hours into previous Forzas this new take on the formula will be welcome change.

Forza games have become rather stale in their gameplay so I hope this spinoff does well and we can have 2 differing Forza experiences, kinda like what the Dirt games are doing with showdown. Sometimes you need a loud and obnoxious game to break the mold.

Can't wait! :]

Hmph well I wont be buying your overpriced handheld console just yet then Sony.

Cut the price down and then i'll be a willing customer, until then you can forget it.

Sony, lower the price of the base console and lower the price of your memory cards and/or licence out the rights for other companies like Sandisk to make their own.I "owned" a Ds but the constant drivel and smartphone quality games for it made me get rid of it, however I still own and play my PSP almost everyday.

You can get this right Sony just "think" about what customers want instead of trying to fill your pockets.

Once the price is lower and you perhaps offer bundle deals then I will buy your lovely Vita but for now i'm not interested.

Promising console, I think they are on to something with this and I hope it works out well.Be great to see a whole back catalogue of retro games for it to choose from, it'll be like still owning a Megadrive or a Snes when you were a kid.

Good stuff i'll be keeping an eye on this "Ouya" ... is it said like "OooohYah"?

Word is PSO2 for the EU/US will have seperate servers to the Japanese side."If" and "when" this game makes it out of Japan I urge anyone interested to just go ahead with the Japanese version as from past experience with PSU Sega have ditched the western servers for them already. They are still keeping the Japanese ones open for maybe a couple of years still.

Also on top of that the western PSU servers had half the content and events compared to the Japan side, along with that the western servers were neglected regulary and at times experienced a drought of any new content for over 4 months. Also earlier this year the servers were lagging so much that 95% of players could not play the game for almost 2 months until Sega finally listened to customer complaints and fixed it.

It's this complete lack of care and support that killed these games off prematurely in the west where as the Japanese servers thrive with new players and regular updates.

I'm saying this because I and many other players got burned by Sega and their favoritism of their home land, dont let them do it to you either.

Join the Japanese servers!

@Deltaforce2665 Maybe, though I did quite like Wasteland, IMO it was the last "proper" Tony Hawk game, it retained the sharp controls, create park/skater and it was 2 player. Of course the story mode was daft but other than that it was pretty good.

Project 8 was the first Tony Hawk that I really took a dislike too and since then it has only ever become far worse.

Completely agree with this review the game is a total let down.

First off the pyshics are very bad, it's far too floaty and the animations don't flow well.

Also I found the controls to be very poor, it seems to be slightly delayed and you never fully feel in control and for a game like TH you need sharp precise controls.

The only thing this game got right was the updated graphics apart from that everything else is far below what the original Tony Hawk Pro Skater offered on the Psx and Dc.

Just like to add that yes the parks on offer here are a bad choice, would like to have seen some Skate heaven (with secret animal chin ramp) and Burnside would have been great additions.

All in all a huge dissapointment for me and I have been with the series since THPS on the Psx. THPSHD is down there with the likes of Ride, Shred and Proving grounds.

Whats with the ridges? the Xbox had those and it was a pain to keep clean. These console designers really don't think things through enough its either piano black that looks a complete mess after a few days or its ridges that will never clean. What ever happened to good old smooth satin finishes?

I know this will be a dreadful film but i'm still going to watch it just for the driving scenes.
