Hello, is there an alternative for TDU2 on PC?

I already have Driver SF, that I think it's a lot of fun, but I'd like s'more...

I'd love something like Forza Horizon (hell, no XBox) with tons of cars, good handle system, fun free roaming, and so on.

Except for Driver SF, is there something else?

Something old it would be good too, from two or three years ago
