@weebdragon: We actually began to care about this exact Viking matter after one fellow developer who is Norwegian and know much more about Viking culture than we, told that our Vikings don't fit the real Viking culture as it was in history.
@mrbojangles25:
Maybe it could be a source of conflict like "Hey human, give me my horns back!"
Well, the story in this game is actually about something like this) I dare that this link will not be considered as spam. The story is here: http://cowsvsvikings.com/cows-and-vikings/
@ArchoNils2: the fact that we want to let the world know about our game doesn't mean that we don't care about quality of content) This is a honest discussion, even the links to our pages aren't included.
don't tell the Minnesota Vikings...
really, nobody's gonna care, especially with those gender fluid cows running around.
Oh, really, such team exists? Well, we need to contact them, I think)
Thanks! I would like also to show some more characters from this game.
The Archer
Mage
The Freezer
And, finally, one of our Battle Cows
Do you like the visual style of these characters?
Hello people!
There is a question I would like to ask to gaming community. My team is currently works on the tower defense game Moderator Edit - Game Reference Removed, which tells a funny fantastic story about the conflict between Viking clan and the tribes of human-like bipedal cows. The Vikings in our game are looking the following way:
But - recently one man told me that the Vikings actually never wore horned helmets, so, this depiction of them is historically incorrect. Such a shame - but I really didn't knew it before. So, I wonder, what we have to do now - change the way of look for Vikings in the game, or leave them like they are now - finally, most of the people still connect them with horned helmets.
What do you think about this matter? What should we do?
