This is Bioware. They're just another studio that panders to people who don't even buy their games. I wouldn't be surprised if they removed straight relationships from the game entirely and choose not to address shepard by any gender (I say this as with cautious exaggeration).
Just remember though, Bioware didn't have any time to work on multi-player, and as of what we know aren't changing the ending to make it better at all. BUT, they did have time to change things a fraction of people complained about. That's alright, at least with all the butt shots they removed (because let's be real they're going to remove every single one) we have shit loads of lense flare to compensate.

I actually didn't use any google searching at all. That 75 million was a a hypothetical number and probably a low-ball at that. Everything else I said though was strictly common sense that anyone over the age of 12, with a full set of working chromosomes, and any modicum of knowledge about video games should already know. However even if I had googled anything it still would've been more research than you did on the subject, so why even bring it up? It just makes you look dumber since you clearly didn't do any reading.
Also I never told anybody what they can or cant do. I know you already admitted to a lack of reading comprehension, but you can go back and scroll up through my previous comments. In no way did I say people are not allowed to complain. I said that with everything they're getting they shouldn't be complaining, not that they can't. If it's that big a deal breaker for you, dont buy it. Considering FFXIV is essentially on equal footing with WoW right now, I dont think the most extreme of the vocal minority who refuse to buy the game are going to negatively affect sales. We'll be fine and enjoy the game without you.

@mrbojangles25: Except not only is it incredibly expensive and time consuming to design a race, make the model, retrofit every piece of gear to work with the model etc, the male Viera have had literally zero appearances or representation in any final fantasy game. This means the design team would've basically construct the idea of what they think a make Viera would look like from scratch.
And the reason they didn't do make and female of the Hrothgar is because Viera was the most requested new race. The second most requested race was a beastly/animal looking race. This decision appeased the large majority of players despite what the vocal minority might be bitching about.
It's an easier task to create two races with existing character models from other games to work with. And Yoshida has already left the door open to adding them in the future depending on a variety of factors (player feedback, time, financial resources, and so on).
Maybe next time don't spout ignorant shit if you don't actually know what goes on behind the closed doors of the studio.
Really was zero reason to put yuri on ice on their other than the writers own personal bias and a way to pander. Has nothing to do with romance whatsoever. When every other show mentioned is a blatant romance anime, this has no business being on here. Maybe the writer just likes yaoi, which is whatever. But there's no need to put it on the list just for the sake of giving your personal taste representation. (and hell, if the writer likes yaoi they could've named an ACTUAL yaoi romance).

Well if it makes her feel any better, this next one fucking bomb too. Why? Because a reboot/sequel with a bunch of angsty teenagers is the second worse option next to a reboot with all women.
Not only do people who like Ghostbusters not want the series to be rebooted, they don't want it to be rebooted with generic shitty casting that's desperately trying to cater to a large young crowd.
@Xristophoros: You forget how small the file sizes of games were back in that era though. Those game discs back in the day could hold 660mb. Somebody did the math and if you wanted to save every one of the 7,918 PlayStation titles made, it would take a little over 5 terabytes.
So just doing the rough math here, 20 games at 660mb a piece would be 13.2 gigs. Most flash drives have a larger capacity as their smallest capacity.
So really, Sony could've loaded 50 games on this PS1 classic, plus any additional space upgraded textures or something in the game might require, plus storage for save files...they literally could've put a goddamn 64GB flash drive in the console as storage and it would've been more than enough.
