I just ran Battlefield 3 Beta awhile ago on Ultra settings....

I am using a GTX 295 plus a Core 2 Quad with 3 GB ram.

So if you have at least 3GB ram and a GTX 295 card with the latest video card updates installed, you can run BF3 on Ultra.
